We recorded 0 incidents or accidents resulting in a TRIR of 0 for all of 2009 thus far. In Q3 of 2009, Zephyr employees worked a total of 10,800 hours which include installations, demobilizations, commissions, startups and hours worked by corporate employees. During Q3 Zephyr Gas Services operated a total of 8 amine plants including 5 MQC-60 GPM Amine Plants and 4 MQC-100 GPM Amine Plants. All of this was done without one incident or accident. Zephyr Gas Services continues to be one of the safest companies in the industry.

Zephyr Gas Services Operations Department Breaks Records During July Jam and Awesome August
In a thirty-nine day period during July and August, the ZGS Operations Department moved a total of 1,244 tons of amine plant iron a distance of 2,250 miles. This phenomenal stat includes decommission/demobilization of one MQC-60 (Amine Plant) and three MQC-100s (Amine Plants), installation of six MQC-100s (Amine Plants) and two MQC-60s (Amine Plants), and startups of two MQC-60s (Amine Plants) and three MQC-100s (Amine Plants).

Houston – August 26, 2009 – Dorado Gas Processing, LLC (an affiliate of Dorado Energy Partners, LP) has completed a growth equity investment in Zephyr Gas Services, LP (“Zephyr”), a leading provider of natural gas well-site processing equipment rentals. Zephyr is located in Houston, TX.
Zephyr provides equipment rental, sales and service of treating and processing equipment to the natural gas industry. The Company designs and rents under long-term contracts its Modular Quik-Connect® MQC® Amine Plant, ZCool-Max Gas Coolers, ZJT NGL Extraction Plants and other miscellaneous equipment including storage tanks. Zephyr was established in 2006 by Glen Wind as President and operates from one leased facility in Houston, Texas.
