100,000 Man Hours Reached

Zephyr Gas Services reached a milestone during the last week of the second quarter 2010. We achieved 100,000 man hours without a recordable accident. While this is a great achievement for us and we are striving to increase this number the following will help drive home how hard we have worked to achieve this. During these 100,000 man hours we transported, installed over 10,051,100 pounds of amine plants over 7300 miles. It also includes 24 hour operations of 13 amine plants. It does not however, reflect the transport and install of the over 75 gas coolers that we have out on rent.

Zephyr Gas Services Now Offering Air Monitoring

In today's new world of gas processing and gas treating, air borne health risks are becoming a major concern.  Zephyr Gas Services is now offering portable air monitoring as a service for producers and midstream companies.  Zephyr Gas Services is a license distributor for Rae Systems.  We are utilizing their latest technology to detect H2S, SO2, LEL, VOC and O2.  Our Rae Systems allow us the ability to set up at any particular site and monitor air quality at the site for the approved amount of time.  The system is set to record readings every 2 seconds.  The readings are sent wirelessly to the system's laptop, which then can be uploaded into an excel worksheet for easy interpretation.  Our HSE Coordinator is a fully trained professional in the use of Rae Systems and looks forward to providing his expertise to the rest of the industry.  Zephyr Gas Services continues to strive to be the industry's leader in safety.

Zephyr Participates as a Sponsor at the DUG Eagle Ford Conference in San Antonio

Zephyr Gas Services will participate as one of the sponsors for Hart's Developing Unconventional Gas (DUG) Eagle Ford Conference in October.  Conference will take place on October 5-6, 2010 in San Antonio, Texas at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center.
